Terms of sale

• All items in our catalogue are offered subject to prior sale.
• You can place orders online using the shopping cart.
• Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
• Antique Maps Gallery retains ownership of all items until full payment has been received.
• Items will be dispatched after payment has been confirmed and cleared.

Cancellation and returns

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email contact@antiquemapsgallery.com. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

For online consumer purchases from this gallery, you may withdraw without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Send the item back within 14 calendar days after you notify us. Please contact us for the return address.

You pay the direct cost of returning an item when you change your mind. We refund the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back, whichever comes first. These terms do not limit your statutory rights, including if an item arrives damaged or is not as described.

Shipping

• Standard shipping is free to destinations supported at checkout.
• Items are dispatched within three working days after payment clears.

Condition and guarantee

• We assure that all items offered are original antique pieces, published at or around the specified date.
• We do not sell reproductions or facsimiles.
